My opinion on silver rounds is that They are much like silver bars in that They are clearly marked and have a clearly stated valve when the time comes to cash in and sell them. Also much like art bars they also have a value other then the weight . So much like art bars the base price of a silver round will always be the silver weight, But they will also in most situations have a value above just the silver weight to the right person.
